The best place is the plugin’s support forum on WordPress.org. Other store owners can see the answers, and replies there help the next person.

Ask in the support forum

A good question says what you see in the Health Report and what your site uses to send email. The “Copy support report” button in the plugin gives you a summary with no passwords, message contents or full email addresses. It does include your site and mail domains and, if the blacklist check ran, your server’s IP address. Read it before you post it.

Bugs and ideas

The plugin’s code is public. You can report a bug or suggest a change in its GitHub issues. You need a free GitHub account for that.
